Membership, Reservation, and Refund Policy
Policies governing memberships, reservations, recurring billing, workspace use, and related services at Tributary.
Overview
Tributary provides workspace memberships, meeting-room reservations, virtual office services, business support services, and related professional workspace offerings. Because these services involve scheduled access, reserved capacity, and recurring operational commitments, different policies apply than traditional retail purchases.
By purchasing or using services through Tributary, members and guests agree to these policies in addition to any membership agreements, reservation terms, or service-specific conditions.
Memberships and recurring billing
Memberships may be billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
- Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
- Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
- Failure to use the workspace does not automatically entitle a member to a refund or billing adjustment.
- Tributary reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for policy violations, nonpayment, misuse of the workspace, disruptive conduct, or security concerns.
Members are responsible for maintaining valid payment information for recurring billing arrangements.
Meeting room and workspace reservations
Meeting-room reservations, workspace bookings, and event reservations reserve limited capacity and operational resources. Reservation payments may therefore be non-refundable or subject to cancellation timing requirements.
- Reservations canceled at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for account credit or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
- Repeated no-shows or misuse of reservations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
- Tributary may decline or cancel reservations that conflict with operational requirements, safety concerns, or workspace policies.
Reservation availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Tributary.

Workspace access depends on shared professional standards.
Tributary is intended to support focused work, professional interaction, and responsible shared use of workspace resources.
Virtual office and business services
Virtual office services, mail handling, phone services, and related business-support services may require identity verification, approval, and ongoing compliance with applicable policies and law.
- Virtual office fees are generally non-refundable after service activation.
- Mail handling policies may vary depending on service level.
- Tributary reserves the right to reject or discontinue services involving prohibited, unlawful, misleading, or high-risk activities.
- Members remain responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and business obligations.
Refunds and billing adjustments
Approved refunds, credits, or billing adjustments will generally be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- membership type,
- timing of cancellation,
- service activation status,
- reservation timing,
- usage history, and
- applicable written agreements.
Tributary may issue account credits instead of cash refunds in appropriate situations.
Acceptable use and conduct
Members and guests are expected to use the workspace professionally and responsibly.
- Disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, threatening, or abusive conduct is prohibited.
- Unauthorized access sharing, misuse of facilities, or interference with other members may result in removal or termination.
- Tributary reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals whose conduct negatively impacts operations, safety, or the member experience.
Policy updates
Tributary may update these policies periodically to reflect operational, legal, security, or business changes. Updated policies may become effective upon posting to the website or upon direct notice where appropriate.
