Individuals who need part-time workspace can begin with coworking. When a permanent work area is needed, members can move into a standard or premium private office. Businesses may rent multiple individual offices and transition into a traditional suite lease when they need contiguous company space.

Flexible business storage & operational space

Storage can scale with your business—from an individual locker to shelving or rack space, private rooms, and larger secure dedicated spaces for approved inventory, equipment, records, supplies, fulfillment support, or other business operations. Qualifying larger spaces may include commercial loading access through the two-bay loading dock and pallet lift. Availability, access, security, permitted uses, insurance requirements, and pricing vary. These are approval-based business solutions, not general public self-storage.

Availability and pricing

Standard private offices start at $600 per month and premium private offices start at $950 per month. Each office includes one named member. Additional approved office members are $250 per person per month, subject to the office’s occupancy limit. Availability, office features, access rights, and included services may vary. Private offices are approved, documented, and billed offline rather than purchased through immediate online checkout.
